Linda, we are sorry about your experience and staneshed with your comments! Specially my wife, who welcome you at 01:00am with a smile and did all to help you despite our check in time was from 18:00 to 22:00. We always do our best to adapt the check in to help our guests. Plus, we had send you all the information to get to the appartement from the airport by public transport , which would take you 1h30 or 2h(max)and cost you 12EUR. We advised you to take a taxi to avoid all the transport connexions so you could arrive earlier. Our place is at 30min (26km) by car to CDG airport and 12min to Triumph Arc (3.5km).Your taxi was expensive because it was late at night. Regarding the stairs, the annonce is clear ( no elevator) and yet, I carried your lagage all way down when you left! The water was potable and fresh. The bathroom selling doesn't present any risk, it's actually the painting that is detaching due to the condensation. The appartement was renovated less than 1.5 years ago. It's true that it was hot, but this hot wave that reached Paris will not last long and the big windows helps to refresh the place. The annonce was clear about the washing machine(not included) and the curtain. In the morning, when we left to work you were sleeping so we couldn't make you a coffee, but a coffee machine and coffee/sugar was at your disposal in the kitchen, as well as the microwave and fridge.
