In the heart of Alphabet City in a true "neighborhood" sits a gem of an apartment overlooking one of the most lush community gardens in the East Village with views of the Manhattan skyline.
Sun-drenched East Village Penthouse, 2 Full Bedrooms Available which sleep 4 comfortably. For numerous reviews of this apartment and myself please refer to the "Apartment for SHARE" listing here:
In the heart of Alphabet City sits a gem of an apartment which overlooks one of the most lush community gardens in the East Village with a view of the Manhattan skyline. Directly across the street sits "The best Espresso in New York City" so says The New York Times not to mention the police department parking garage which offers piece of mind without the sirens.
This private apartment offers 2 bedrooms with 1 full size bed PER bedroom. One guest bedroom features a private terrace which hangs over the community garden accompanying that full city view I mentioned!
The plant filled flat features a living room with 16' ceilings, three skylights and three large windows. The full sun exposure makes up for the 6 floor walk-up! There's a fully-equipped kitchen and Saarinen dinning table. The hallway leading into the apartment has one wall of exposed brick. The single bathroom, with b/w-checkered tile, has a window in the shower overlooking the garden.
The apartment is maintained by myself, a creative professional gay male who prides himself on being a fantastic host. If this listing is visible, I will be traveling and am offering the full apartment for rent. Most often, I rent my second bedroom as a share.
The apartment is fully equipment with AC, wireless internet and iTV. Laundry is located in the basement with card machines for ease of use or affordable drop-off service around the corner at "Michelle Cleaner"
Smokers Ok but on the terrace only please.

Born and breed midwesterner from Ohio, I arrived in NYC 12 years ago to study photography at SVA. I am a professional photographer based in NYC. Easy going, exceptionally considerate and thoughtful of all things around me and have been told I am the best host one could possibly be.
I work out of my studio close by in China Town, relish my morning time with coffee in hand across the street, waving hello to Maria who takes care of the community garden downstairs, Aaron who makes my coffee and Stephanie who sells me wine.
A creature of habit yet still somehow remain spontaneous.
