Yes, we acknowledged that there were some issues with the door and we already contacted someone to fix it. Unfortunately, the tradies were not available during your stay with us. But now the door has already been fixed.
Therefore, to accommodate your concern regarding the door, We already offered you an exchange with our other place to stay, however, you decided to stay in this room.
Regarding the couch, we already investigated it and sorry to say but it's not broken.
As for the language barrier, we do apologize sincerely for you to have to feel that way. As English is not most of our employees first language. There were bound to have some miscommunications occurred. Moreover, we will share this event with the team to improve our services in the future.
