One bedroom studio in Murray Hill. Large(r than most) kitchen and bathroom. Full queen size bed plus twin size futon. Fresh, clean linens and towels are provided.
Located minutes away from Grand Central Station by foot (12 minutes) and the 33rd Stop on the 6 Line at Park and 33rd (less than 10 minutes). Since it's located on 36th street just down the entrance of the Midtown Tunnel, it can be a little noisy, but I am used to it and a small price to pay for being in the heart of the city.
The neighborhood is incredibly safe. Murray Hill caters to the young urban professionals who work mostly in finance and law. So the area is lively and young at night, even though plenty of families share the neighborhood.
Plenty of shopping and other conveniences, and near all the sites (15 minute walk to Empire State Building), bars, and fine dining that Manhattan has to offer.
Internet is available. Email me for specifics. Fireplace doesn't work.
Almost-New Yorker by way of London, originally from California. Here going on five years... The job brought me, but the people, cultural and overall energy is what's keeping me. World traveler, music lover, and food aficionado, I'm always up for an adventure and look forward to my next getaway. My life motto is Dance, Sing, Floss, and Love. I absolutely cannot live without my chapstick, bathing suit, camera, and my best girlfriends.
