We do maintain our AC units on a regular basis, however, during the hot summer months, sometimes things still malfunction. Nonetheless, we provided you with a substantial refund to compensate you for the inconvenience. Regarding your comments on the cleanliness of the home, our housekeeping staff works very hard and the house is professionally and fully cleaned and stocked between visits as indicated by all the previous reviews that mention the cleanliness of the house. After your stay, our property manager was sent out to address the several issues that you raised and he confirmed that both the fans and the dishwasher are all fully operational. Directions on how to operate the fans and dishwasher are in the house manual, which also includes our 24 x 7 hotline number for questions. If you had contacted us about operating these, we would have been happy to explain the operation over the phone or have someone come up and show you how to operate them but here is not much we can do to help when we are told of these issues after you have checked out.
