I read your review with the greatest concern and I have to sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you had to suffer while viiting my house. This is totally unacceptable and I have to thank you greatly for alerting me to the conditions in such detail. I will of course immediately take steps o rectify matters.
The problem is that I am in Canada; I had to leave the country for four months. I left Thando in charge and he is usually very good to keep up standards, but he was called away on a family crisis and the house was left with Prince, who is unfortunately compleyely inexperienced. I will however be back home by May 2nd, and will meanwhile make sure matters are rectified in the interim.
I am extremely upset about the situation and I have again to apologise to you for it all.
To compensate I am willing to fully refund you for the booking. Just let me know how much and where I should send the money to.
