I'm really sorry that it was too warm for you. I wonder if you saw the large fan in your closet. We are always happy to put on the AC in the house for folks, but because we never saw you (we went to be before you got at nights), we didn't know. I wish you would have called or texted me, because I would have happily put the AC on. It was too bad that we never met during your 3 nights with us so that you might have asked us for AC or left us a message about it instead of being uncomfortable for three nights and then expressing your unhappiness in the review. As someone who has stayed an many Airbnb myself, I would suggest that you communicate with your hosts in the future so that they have an opportunity to improve DURING your stay and not after you are gone. I believe that Airbnb hosts want guests to be comfortable and need guests to communicate their needs. As for the door slamming outside of your bedroom, I am also very sorry for that. Please note that we do make it very clear in our Airbnb description that we are a family who works every day and our son goes to school. We were very mindful in our description on Airbnb to state that we are up at 6 am and gone by 7:30am. Our son could, of course, be quieter in the morning and because this is the first time any guest has ever expressed anything negative about our home, doors or AC or anything, we will certainly work with our son to be quieter. I'm really, really sorry about your stay and again, because we've never had anything negative said in our almost one year of doing Airbnb, we're concerned that you were not 100% satisfied. We hope that there was at least something that worked for you and that you did have a nice visit to WNC.
