Sonja, it’s unfortunate that you’ve left such a false review. As you can see, prior to and after your reservation, guests have been leaving great reviews because we take pride in going above and beyond. Upon your arrival we called you to ensure that all was fine, you agreed that the home replicated the pictures and that you are happy. An hour later you contact us VIA Airbnb to make these false accusations. To help, levitate and stresses we offered to come out investigate the allegations however you declined; we also provided you with the opportunity to transfer to another unit if the one you reserved had not been satisfactory, you declined that offer also. You also declined the offer of us locating another host and paying the fees for transferring you to ensure that you were 100% satisfied. The cleaning company did miss the coffee maker and we apologized for that, we also provided complimentary snacks, wine, water and replaced your towels for that minuscule inconvenience. Your reservation also did not list the appropriate number of guests staying. Your words were “trash is outside, not inside; send the cleaner tomorrow.” We tried to help you in many ways however you wouldn’t allow us the opportunity. You let us know that if you did not receive a full refund then you would leave a bad review, you attempted using blackmail to get what it was that you wanted. Overall we just wish that you would’ve been honest with us and not have been as condescending and manipulative. We were extremely kind to you, we know this because if we were not you wouldn’t have stayed the entire reservation.
