Wow! This really sounds like the scene from the horror movie, even we wouldn't like to stay in the place like this. But actually, we are not quite sure what happen with Jessica and her partner. The whole place is renovated last year, including the boiler. They didn't report lack of hot water, so we didn't realize they have such a problem. The guests who came after them didn't report the same problem, so most probably Jessica and her partner just didn't turn the switch on. Usually all the electric equipment works that way - turn the switch on and it works. Our greatest concern is to keep the studio crystal clean, because we care about our guests, and they respond positively to that. So many warm feedback and positive review prove it. That's why we clean it completely after each guest. This also include dust and spider net, if they appear. But it might happen that the spiders were quicker than we, it's the autumn and for all the animals it's nesting time. We apologize if some appear, but usually all the people would remove them from their own home if they spot them, it's not the snake nest or anything similar. Again, we are not quite sure what Jessica and her partner experience in our home, because guests who came after them didn't report non of it, on contrary they were super satisfied with everything. We just don't know how to react on such bad review, but most probably is that they have some personal fears and problems, which resulted with dissatisfaction. Bravo for "Jessica - Drama Queen"!
