First reviewer, yay! :D
Being the first, I admit, I was a tad uncomfortable, before booking the place.
When I got there, Moises and girl friend were exceptionally caring and kind to me. The first morning, I woke up to an authentic Dominican breakfast awaiting me. It was absolutely delicious! I wish I could upload the pic here. It was terrific! :D Furthermore, Moises provided a huge bed, clean blankets, a fresh newly bought towel, a shower sponge, and a couch.
About the place, it's super clean and neat, two blocks away from the metro lines A and 1. I had the chance to visit the neighbourhood, and I went to the beautiful Fort Tryon Park (really recommended for taking a break from the never-sleeping Manhattan). I got also to practice my Spanish, given that basically everyone in the area is Dominican, or at least from Latin America. The typical home-style restaurant "Elsa La Reina del Chicharron" is going to be your everyday dining place, after you've tasted a bite of their pork cracklings.
Looking forward to get back to this amazing host.
