Thank you for the reviews. As owners, we want to clarify certain information you provided. Regarding your comment of the payment situation, the owner visited you just to see how was your stay, and if you recieved the (Hidden by Airbnb) order for payment (this without knowing that the property manager already communicated with you.) We are sorry that you felt that he was rude. Regarding the showers situation, we were not told of it until the last day of your stay. If you had informed us during your stay, we would have resolved the issue ASAP. (The shower situation has been resolved). Both the owners and the administrator are available 24 hours a day to resolve any inconvenience that may have the visitor.
Please remember that PR suffered two hurricane. We have worked hard during this past months so that the house could returned to its original states, and the customers can enjoy it as it was before the hurricane.
