One of only two ground floor beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villas that is closer to the beach than any other Ko Olina Resort residence. We manage both beachfront units, which are available to rent as fully furnished turn-key luxury vacation rentals, for a week at a time. Larger groups can book both villas for a total of 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and beds for up to 12 guests! (based on availability) Perfect for wedding parties, family reunions and birthday celebrations.

CHECK-IN TIME - begins after 4:00 P.M. Local Time. In some instances, access to your property may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. There will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in. Your patience will be appreciated in these circumstances. Guests are expected to coordinate their arrival with the Guest Services Representative, who will reach out to guest by email and phone. Early check-ins require special arrangements and must be confirmed in advance.
CHECK-OUT TIME - is no later than 10:00 A.M. Local Time. Late check-outs require special arrangements.
GUEST COUNT - The allowable occupancy for the rental property is based on the following sleeping arrangements: 2 persons per bedroom, 2 persons per sleeper sofa or air mattress, 1 person per twin bed or futon. Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments.
CLEANING - All rental properties will require a one-time departure clean fee to be paid by the guest and will cover all normal cleaning. This clean fee is required on daily, weekly and monthly reservations. If you are staying more than one month in the same property, the fee will only be charged on your last month, but you will be required to pay for an additional Mid-stay clean. All fees are subject to sales tax. IF, on ARRIVAL, you have ANY HOUSEKEEPING PROBLEMS, report them to the Guest Services Team IMMEDIATELY so that they may be remedied. NO DISCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HOUSEKEEPING.
NO PETS - Pets are strictly forbidden in our properties. Having a pet in the property is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The Damage Waiver does not cover any pet related incidents.
NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages and extra cleaning if applicable due to smoking.
PROPERTY ASSIGNMENTS - Love Hawaii will make every effort to honor particular property assignments. Such assignments and requests, however, cannot be guaranteed. If the original assigned accommodation is unavailable, substitutions will be comparable to the reserved rental, including size and location, where possible. Love Hawaii Villas reserves the right to change assignments or move reservations without notice. No discounts or refunds will be given due to such changes, including moves, bedding sizes/selections and furnishing.
NIGHT MIN - A 6-day minimum stay will apply for Ko Olina Beach Villas. DURING THE HOLIDAYS THERE IS A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM.
RENTAL RATES - Published rental rates and fees are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct rates and fees that may have been misquoted due to human, distribution and/or computer error.
LOSS OF KEYS - Any Keys/Cards that are signed for to access the rental must be returned to Love Hawaii Villas at check-out. Failure to return these items may result in additional fees.
POOLS - Where applicable, community or condominium pools are not controlled or maintained by Love Hawaii Villas, therefore; Love Hawaii Villas cannot be held responsible for inconveniences or injury resulting from the pool.
WIFI - All of our properties have WiFi internet access. We do not, however, guarantee internet connectivity due to service being provided by an outside vendor, restrictions from personal computers, and several other factors that may lead to interruption of internet service. If you decide to access any Internet content during your stay, you do this entirely at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that any accessed material does not infringe the laws governing, but not exhaustively covering, copyright, trademarks, pornography, or any other material which is slanderous, defamatory or might cause offense in any other way. In the event the internet service is inoperable, we will do our best to troubleshoot over the phone and when possible, in person. No refunds will be given due to loss of internet service.
MAINTANCE ISSUES - During your stay, promptly report any maintenance problems to Love Hawaii Villas. Please do not leave doors or windows open while the A/C is operating. Love Hawaii Villas or Beach Villas’ staff may enter the property to respond to any maintenance and/or housekeeping issues during your stay. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, telephone, television or cable service, appliances, etc.
FURNISHINGS - These properties are privately owned. You may not agree with the placement of items, furnishings, and/or mattress comfort level; however, this is the arrangement preferred by the owner. We encourage you to call us if you have any comments or concerns. No refunds or rate adjustment will be given due to owners’ choices on furnishings.
CONSTRUCTION - Nearby construction and/or property renovation projects may be occurring during part or all of a Guest's stay in a Love Hawaii Villas vacation property or long-term property. Guest acknowledges that the Agent and Owner have no control over the hours of work or noise level of such construction, though typically such work would be done during regular working hours and comply with Community / Association guidelines. Any construction-related noise or disturbance shall not void this Agreement, nor shall it serve as a basis for a claim for refund, price reduction, or other compensation.
THEFT - Love Hawaii Villas is not responsible for any acts of theft or vandalism, or other damages to any personal property or for personal items left by guest in the accommodation at departure. If items left behind are found and wish to be returned there will be a $25 service charge plus shipping.
We respectfully request that you remember you are staying in someone’s home during your vacation. Please treat it with care and leave it in good condition at check-out. Any unreported damages may result in additional charges.
HOUSE RULES - Please observe all rules and regulations governing the use of the property you are occupying. These rules are found within each property and apply to both owners and guests. Failure to comply can result in eviction.
DAMAGE WAIVER - The maximum amount that the Damage Waiver will cover is $1,000 per stay. The waiver will not include liability for damage or theft resulting from:
a. Acts of God
b. Intentional acts of a guest.
c. Gross negligence or willful and wanton conduct.
d. Any cause, if the Covered Guest does not report the damage to Love Hawaii Villas’ staff.
e. Normal wear and tear.
f. Theft without a police report.
g. Damages caused by any pet or other animal brought onto the premises.
h. Applies only to the direct physical loss or damage to covered property. It does not cover loss of use of such property.
i. Coverage does not apply for theft or damage of any property owned by or brought onto the premises by a Covered Guest.
TERMS OF THE DAMAGE WAIVER
a. Takes effect at check-in.
b. All coverage shall terminate upon normal check-out time of the property or the departure of the Covered Guest, whichever occurs first.
c. Guest must report any loss or damage to the unit or its contents immediately to Love Hawaii Villas management staff. This limited damage waiver protection is void if not reported promptly.
d. Representatives of Love Hawaii Villas have ultimate administrative authority.
e. Arbitration is required before litigation. The prevailing party in any arbitration of litigation shall be entitled to recovery and/or reimbursement of all fees in connection with it.
LIABILITY - Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Manager from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Guest and guests or their personal property. Owner and Manager are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Guest is also aware of the inherent risks to person and property while occupying residences near the ocean or that have pool/Jacuzzi features.
Any and all claims, controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this contract/agreement, or the breach thereof, which remain unresolved after direct negotiations between the parties, shall first be submitted to confidential Mediation in accordance with the Rules, Procedures, and Protocols for Mediation of Disputes of Dispute Prevention & Resolution, Inc., then in effect. If any issues, claims or disputes remain unresolved after mediation concludes, the parties agree to submit any such issues to binding arbitration before one arbitrator in accordance with the Rules, Procedures, and Protocols for Arbitration of Disputes of Dispute Prevention & Resolution, Inc., then in effect. The parties further agree that the award of the arbitrator is binding upon the parties and that judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
