We sent Ty detailed check in instructions (with pictures) for the his self check in, the same as we'd like to give you, dear reader, if by the end of all this you stay with us! He thanked us for the instructions.
It became clear Ty had not read our check in instructions and was lost when he called us at check in. He had not followed instructions and simply plugged in the wrong address. No big! We were happy to guide him through the process for picking up his keys over the phone, and resend his check in instructions. They have pictures with arrows and bullet points to clearly guide the way in.
The next day, we were startled to have received messages from this guest demanding a refund. We are, of course, happy to refund any guest within warrantable reason, but the inability to follow written and verbal direction for check in is unfortunately not among them.
