Tropical home in the center of the burgeoning gastronomic center of Puerto Rico known as Loiza Street. Wake up, grab an iced mocha coffee, stroll through the beach 2 blocks away from your stay, then BBQ with friends! Perfect for families, groups, entrepreneurs, and urban explorers looking to taste everything the island has to offer. Indulge in the concoctions of world renowned chefs in their own restaurants, bars, and the island's top clubs like FunkyBuddha & Grass.
Our home counts with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a breezy inner patio and living room. - Perfect for reading up on local history, having dinner with friends, or relaxing after a long day at the beach whilst watching Game Of Thrones.
Above all else, the home counts with access to a spacious, 2,500sqft+ roof deck which can serve to host friendly BBQ's, sun tanning sessions, or for stargazing at night the brilliant Caribbean sky.
Built in the early 1930's, our home was designed with the fusion of historic Spanish architecture and Art Deco influences. Our floors are covered in 90-year-old hydraulic tiles of bright yellow, green, and white hues that transport you to our colonial times; submerging yourself in the new era of Art Deco and modern industrial design as you take in the growing and now effervescent community of Calle Loiza.

Gustavo will always be on call 24/7. His offices are located a few blocks away and will always be available to meet your needs, advise you, and give you tips on the best things to do whilst on the island! :)
I'm a young entrepreneur recently graduated from Babson College and beginning a Ph.D. in Economics this year. I've worked under the sponsorship of Puerto Rico's government helping local talent start and catalyze their business with foreign & local support; be it through injections of capital, mentorship partnerships, and other methods. Between my brother and me, we've helped over 60 companies launch & grow in the past 2 years. There's a TED talk you can check out about my work titled "How I Will Save My Country". Apart from the non-profit initiative, I also run my set of companies and consult on the best marketing strategies for brands trying to break into the Latin American market.
But life isn't just about the hustle & business, and that's why I moved back to Puerto Rico. The nearby beaches, hiking trails, and the culture allows anyone to work hard, and play tropical. Ask me what are my favorite spots on the island! :)
