I decided that a good compromise is to ask for the cost of a deep clean to be covered in order to prevent any future guests who could have allergies from being effected, we came to an agreement over this with you. Apologies for the late check-in and the wrong code being given, public transport and issues with this can arise which can cause these small delays, and I have ensured that the code is correct for future. I am sorry for any inconvenience that the broken washing machine has caused you, we are looking into the issue and working on getting it fixed. With regards to the keys as it is my personal mailbox and it took me a while to find the keys, I wanted to send you 2 sets to ensure you got access, sorry if this caused you any trouble. Thank you for pointing out the oven and the broken lights we are addressing these issues as well.
