I had some out of town friends stay at Tiffany's place and they were completely happy with their entire stay. She was very friendly, hospitable, and available during their stay. They invited her to attend a festival they were working, and she even came out and supported the project they came into town for. On the last day, one of the guests had a late plane flight, and she let him stay as long as he needed in the afternoon. Both my guests said they were extremely pleased with their stay, and I would highly recommend Tiffany without hesitation.
Fairly close to public transportation, near the Graham L train station (about 10 minute walk). Between Greenpoint and Williamsburg. There are locks to get through to get to the apartment, which makes you feel safe but is also a bit cumbersome. Old locks, so you have to finesse them a bit, which is to be expected in NYC in older buildings. Tiffaney was very communicative and there is a washer and dryer, which is a plus. Also, the apartment is right off the BQE, which can be loud when you're trying to sleep (people use their horns often!). Overall a pleasant experience.
