We would like to respond to your review from our side so there is information available from both sides, as our one and only purpose to have happy guests who enjoy they stay with us and to have them returning to us year after year.
Regarding the small construction happening on the neighboring villa, as the construction is not carried out by us we have no control over situation’s like these, however we do generally notify the guests about this before an arrival so they are aware or we relocate them to another property, unfortunately in your case this information has been provided to us after your arrival.
Due to high volume of emails received on daily basis it might take for us up to 24 hours to respond, however, we provide you with office number, customer service direct number, and emergency number so you can reach us if you need to immediately.
Electricity allowance is more than efficient for the use of the property as we have taken and studied this carefully before setting the limits included in the price.
Regarding the water, yes Cyprus has many sunny days however, if hot water is used in the evening and the nights are colder you need to warm the water up manually for 30 minutes in the morning. Once again, this guide information is provided to you before an arrival and there was no problem with the pump or solar panels as confirmed by specials called out after your departure for our next arrival.
We also would like to mention that you have been compensated generously for the unexpected inconveniences during your stay, not to mention the weekly rate you booked the villa at had a large discount offer as well.
