Hello Bethany. I have just returned from a one month vacation in Europe which is why you interacted with Camille whom I had to hire to clean the apt and greet guests. While I do apologize for any of the mishaps that occurred during your stay, I do have to say Camille was quite great at replying to any of the previous guests and thereafter. Not sure what quite happened when you arrived as Camille was supposed to walk you through the apt and provide instructions to everything including electronics and even shown you were the bath mat was stored. While renting an entire apartment is quite an experience, we are not responsible to provide e.g: toilet paper for during your entire stay, so if you ran out of it in the middle of your stay you need to go out and buy some more for your personal use. Glad to know there was still some in the closet.
Night light, I've never had an issue with this (and mind you I've worked for a corporate accommodations company in NYC and having a 250 apt inventory to work with), since there are no children to stay in the unit.
I will take note of the pens and paper (most people keep their notes in their laptop or cell phone).
I appreciate you taking good care the the apt during your stay and do hope you come back. Cheers.
