Amber, I am very disappointed that you would say that you weren't advised about WiFi nor cable, since we advised you three days in advance, just as soon as we noticed the matter. We asked you and we have the evidence to prove, if you wanted to cancel with full refund. It was completely out of our hands due to company's irresponsibility to take care of the situation. You still decided to stay knowing the issue! The ant problem happened during your stay, I took care of the matter the minute you stepped out of the property. We have Masey taking care of the property, And not saying that your proof was poor, but they said that the property looked very clean, their was no sign of ants, only on the outside, that ofcourse is normal. We still treated the house for ants, roaches, and spiders to prevent further inconveniences. I wish you could have givin me a call If this problem continued, just like I had called you and offered to send pest services and you had denied them. Like I said on our call I am all about pleasing our guests during their stay, I advice all my guests to call me if a matter of natural causes like this arise, so that I can take full control of it at once. Like I said, In my review I dont take it back, you were very friendly and sounded humble, I just hoped we had better communication and more honesty towards your stay.
Amber I advice you, that if you will stay with someone else and go through something similar then what you went through at my place, please contact the person in charge of the place with in emergency matter, not email but call, that person might want to resolve your matter beforehand then letting things escalate. Just makes me sad seeing this review, it wont reflect me as a host but, it reflects my property as the host. You yourself said it was not a big issue in our call, but that is not said ofcourse. Nor that you got refunded your troubled time. Im just stunned! Take care Amber, you did keep the property clean and well taken care of, so I have to say you were the best at that!
