Suite Policies & Terms of Agreement
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. PST AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS 12:00 Noon PST. There is no early check-in or late check-out except by prior arrangement.
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. PETS. We are pleased to accommodate your pet in our suite, provided we are given prior notice and a Damage Deposit is posted as described below. More than one pet, requires our prior written approval. An ADDITIONAL ONE-TIME $25 CLEANING FEE will be applied to the rental of the suite. For the safety of your pet (there are coyotes, deer, and bears in the area). PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHEN ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE SUITE. Our yard is not fenced. We reserve the right to request an early departure if your pet is excessively noisy or causing damage to person or property. A refund of 50% of the remaining days will be given.
4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- The owner reserves the right to request up to a $150 damage/reservation deposit. If requested, this damage deposit must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; but, it is fully refundable within 48 hours of departure, if the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered
during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage, and soiled dishes are washed and
left in drying rack to dry.
d. The unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens or bathrobes are lost or damaged.
6. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is Two (2) persons.
10. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the two-night rate will still apply.
11. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup for the beginning
of your stay. Other amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
12. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Linens, robes and bath towels are included in the unit rental rate. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however it is available for an additional cost. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
14. NOISE- If you are on the patio or in the yard after 10 pm, please keep things quiet so not to disturb the neighbors.
15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be pre-approved and in writing.
