Our cozy cottage is located in the beautiful historic district of Black Mountain, North Carolina, approximately 12 miles from Asheville. The warm and inviting space is perfect for couples and families on vacation with close proximity to The Biltmore House, Asheville School, UNCA, Montreat, Warren Wilson, Mt Mitchell State Park and downtown BM. The cottage has four bedrooms, two baths with a sofa bed and additional bunk-bed area suitable for children.

Great house! Lots of space and in a quiet neighborhood. Joel was great to work with. I’d highly recommend this listing to anyone interested.

A great place to stay. Perfect house for couples or groups of people. Plenty spacious despite looking small. Can walk to places in Black Mountain if interested easily and an easy drive to Asheville if looking to stay nearby. Would definitely recommend it.

Joel's home and communication are superb! Walkable to the lake, the main street and great restaurants. This home is great for families or larger parties with 4 bedrooms and 6 beds!

This is a great location for walking down town. We had everything we needed at the house, plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. With the many bedrooms, it is a great value for large groups.
