The Annexe, Priory Barn has magnificent views of the Long Man of Wilmington and along the scarp face of the downs to Firle Beacon in the Southdowns National Park.
The Annexe is located in the shadow of the XI century, Benedictine Wilmington Priorry.

Once an old cart shed 'The Annexe' has been converted into a self-contained two-bed house.
The small double bedroom has a stunning view of the Long Man of Wilmington. It is furnished with a comfortable small double bed. There is a TV (reception is intermitant) with DVD and free wi-fi. It has a narrow spiral staircase up to your room and private bathroom, there is also a separate loo and fully equipped family bathroom on the ground floor. It's a magical space in a unique setting at the foot of the South Downs and the perfect spot for serious walkers and lovers of the great outdoors.

We have a small patio with garden table and chairs that you can use on warm sunny evenings.

Guests will collect the keys, after which you can have as little or as much contact with the owners as you wish. We like to leave our guests to enjoy their privacy but we can be on hand if required.
Our home is a non smoking and pet free home.
Please no muddy shoes in the house, specially in your room upstairs as it is carpeted.
Drugs for recreational use are not permitted in my home.
We prefer it if you didn't eat or drink in the room.
Check in and out can be flexible.
I'd love guests to be respectful and to enjoy their stay and just be mindful that it's our home.
