**The standard rental includes a 2 bedroom Beachfront Home w/loft AND 1 bedroom bungalow above the garage. California King bed in master, Queen in 2nd bedroom, Full bed in loft and air mattress for additional sleeping. Queen bed in bungalow. Sleeps up to 8.
**The Beach Bungalow (above garage) is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a separate living area, full bathroom with marble lined shower, TV & DVD player. Queen bed. Bungalow area is approximately 500 square feet.
**1 Bedroom Cottage is an additional $100/night plus taxes and $100 out clean. Sleeps 2.
The Beach Cottage is a detached one bedroom, one bath with a separate living area, queen bed, private bath, TV, refrigerator and living area with TV & DVD player. Cottage area is approximately 500 square feet and has a front porch and small lanai off the main bedroom.
The Cottage will be kept vacant during your stay when only renting the main home and bungalow; ensuring complete PRIVACY.
