This lovely home sleeps 8 people and is located 3 minutes away from Chalk Farm Station, reaching Central London in 10 minutes. This house has a lovely private garden as well.
Tastefully decorated, this room boasts light coming through the windows looking over the stunning verdant gardens. On the left and side of this room you will find 2 comfortable sofas and a round wooden coffee table. The space is animated by lovely artwork on the walls and decorative objects on the shelves and surfaces. A lamp and a chair are nicely placed next to the shelves filled with books. The other side of the room offers a table for 4 and is filled with natural light.
On the lower ground floor is the lovely kitchen, providing all the utilities needed for preparing your meals. The kitchen has wooden floors and immaculate white furniture and worktops and is fitted with a gas hob, ovens, fridge, freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. Just on the right hand side as you enter the kitchen you will also find a white upright piano and a djembe, perfect for entertainment. Walk towards the back of the kitchen and find the large dining table sitting 8-10 people with a view of the garden through the glass doors opening wide. A charming sitting area is set just by the table, consisting of 2 stylish sofas and lovely flowers on the window pane.
Very spacious and comfy, this bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a trundle bed, a fireplace, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A desk is placed by the window perfect for studying or working. The en-suite bathroom offers a single wash basin, a WC and a combined bath tub and shower.
On the first floor is another bedroom featuring a trundle bed, sleeping 2 people. The room is fitted with a wardrobe, a fireplace and a desk and the windows look over the garden. The en-suite bathroom offers a WC, a single wash basin and a walk-in shower.
Located on the second floor, this charming room boasts natural light and is fitted with a double sofa bed with a small bedside table and a lamp, a chest of drawers, a TV and a wardrobe. You can access the shared bathroom directly from this room.

On the top floor is a bathroom with direct access to both top floor bedrooms. This bathroom is fitted with a single wash basin, a WC and a bath tub.
On the lower ground floor is a WC with a single wash basin.
The utility room is located on the lower ground floor and features a washing machine, dryer, iron and plenty of storage space.
This fantastic garden is decorated with care and style, featuring a table and chairs and plenty of clear space on the bright decking. A ping pong table is available and up 2 small stairs is a lovely green area decorated with trees and flowers. Just at the back of this green space is a trampoline next to which another table and 4 chairs are set.
No smoking, pets and parties!
A lovely dog lives here, but will be travelling with the owner. Please keep in mind for allergies.
Please note the trundle beds can become either double beds or single twins.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee

Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
