Our Beach home, is a bright, light living, fairly new holiday unit, perfect for any season.
Only few years young, our home offers a fresh, spacious and very comfortable beach house for a family or group of 6.
Only is situated 1.8km from Newcombe Street, local cafe's, stores, Portarlington Beach and Main Pier, a picturesque 15 min walk or 5 min drive.

The entry hall flows through all the bedrooms, bathroom and to the large living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen (including Lavazza Coffee Machine), and out to a sunny courtyard that is complete with stainless steel BBQ (*gas bottle), pristine gardens and out door setting .
The living area has extra large view windows overlooking the beautiful garden. Gorgeous Hampton's style beach decor complete the ambiance of the home.

The residence consists of three bedrooms all with large wardrobes (Main Bedroom - Queen, Bedroom 1 - Queen, Bed room 2 - 2 Single beds) (one on each level). Each bed is made up with luxurious hotel grade linen and each guest is supplied with fluffy white towels and beautiful toiletries. Laundry complete with washing machine & dryer with out door clothes airier, Iron & iron board. Bathroom consists of bath, shower, single vanity and separate toilet.
Books, games and magazines are available to ensure you are never bored. Single locked carport available to park cars, boats, Jet ski's

Minimum number of nights is 4 during High season, 3 during public holidays and 2 during low season however please feel free to contact us should your require less and your request will be considered on an individual basis.
A Local guide will be provided on your arrival with a comprehensive compendium with recommendations of restaurants, cafe's, local wineries, golf course and activities to enjoy during your holiday.

Our Unit is fully self catered and is required to be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure, including binning all garbage into the council bins in the carport. Washing all dishes and packing away, leaving all towels in laundry or bathroom, and linen on beds. These will be collected for dry cleaning.
Report any breakages or damages to management. Missing or damaged apartment possessions will incur a replacement charge.
Missing keys/garage remotes at checkout incur a $50/$140 each charge. Please coordinate early checkouts in advance.
All missing/damages decor, furniture, belongings to Serenity Blue will be charged.
An inventory will be provided on arrival.

Airbnb allows hosts to choose amongst three standardised cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we will enforce to protect both guest and host alike. Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 2:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
