This 4 bedroom modern apartment is the ideal spot for a large family or a party of 4 golfers. Located at West Port Court and having a dedicated parking spot right next to the archway to South Street puts you in the perfect position to leave the car and walk to everything within 5 minutes. There are 3 ensuite shower rooms and a 4 bathroom. The apartment can sleep up to 8 people.
SPECIAL OFFER!!! If your group is 4 people or less, but only require the use of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we will waive the cleaning fee. This must be communicated during the enquiry/booking process. This obviously means less cleaning of bathrooms and bedding/towels for us so we can pass on a discount to you.
This is not a party flat. 4 double bedrooms. 3 of them with their own toilet/sink and en suite shower. 1 communal bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink. There is a large communal space with adjoining kitchen and dining area. There is a microwave oven, conventional oven electric hob, fridge,freezer, toaster and kettle in the kitchen as well as moat cooking utensils and pans.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the hallway cupboard.
West Port Court is located opposite the Shell Garage (petrol station) on Bridge St. The easiest landmark to find is the West Port Arch. This is located at the western end of South Street. The postcode for your Go ogle search is KY16 9FB.
The entrance to the car park is opposite the Shell Garage. Car parking space number 4 (the first one on the right).
The flat is on the first floor (1 above street level). The living room has windows overlooking the road which is one of the main routes through the town. The bedrooms are to the back of the building facing towards the West Port Bar. There is a beer garden area which is open until midnight so expect a little noise especially in good weather.
You can get to the first floor via the stairs or an elevator.
All of the bedroom doors are "Fire doors". This means they are equipped to close by themselves to give you maximum safety in the event of a fire. The flat has carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors as well as a fire extinguisher.
To gain access to the flat, I will need to meet you to hand over the security fob that gives access to the building and the keys to the flat. There is CCTV at both entrances to the building.
It is imperative that you give us an estimated time of arrival and another message about 30 minutes before to give us time to meet you there. We know plans change, but communication is the most important thing here. Noone likes waiting for more than five minutes.

Orientation will involve showing you around the apartment, getting you connected to the Wifi and some tips about dining/golf. You will be given 2 phone numbers to call with any emergencies regarding the apartment.
Please note that for the week of Graduation (June 24-30) and the 3 weeks of the Open (July 8-14)/(15-21)/22-28), there will be a 5 night minimum booking.
These dates are obviously the busiest weeks of the summer.
Please take off shoes in the doorway.
Check in is between 3pm and 10pm.
Check out is before 11am.
Please leave keys on kitchen bench when departing. Make sure you haven't forgotten anything.
Nicola was born and bred in St Andrews and I grew up in Melbourne Australia. We met while I was on a six week golf tour of Ireland and Scotland.
