This is a beautiful 80-square metre apartment in the heart of Randwick, which includes a lovely private sunny garden.
The apartment is comprised of one bedroom (with a great, comfortable queen-sized bed), one large living area, one kitchen, one large bathroom with spa bath, one laundrette, a great courtyard with outdoor dining area and an attached garden.
The apartment boasts an unusually extensive list of additional features including:

Note: this apartment used to be a serviced apartment (i.e. rented out to tourists), so it has all of the features that serviced apartments usually have
Guests will have access to all of the facilities listed above, with the following exceptions:
The pool area is open from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
The gymnasium is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm Monday to Saturday and from 9:00am to 7:00pm Sunday.
Several minor parts of the apartment's storage space will be off limits - as this is my home when I am in Sydney, some of my clothes, files, etc. will be stored there. However, you will still be given plenty of space for your own clothes and personal items. The only parts of the apartment which will be used for storage and therefore off limits to guests are the long, white entertainment unit beneath the television, the desk drawers/shelves and one half of the large built-in cupboards in the bedroom (but this is a very large cupboard and one half should be more than sufficient for any tourist). Please consult the pictures included in this listing if you have any doubts.
Use of the bicycle pictured is not included in the rental.
The desktop computer presently in the apartment will be either secured or removed prior to rental and will not be available to guests. However, you will still have access to wifi.

This apartment is only available for rental whilst I am out of Sydney. As such, I am more than happy to assist you in any way possible prior to your arrival, or via email during your stay, but your check-in and day-to-day requirements will be handled by my sister, who lives close by.
As this is the apartment in which I live and not an investment property for rental, you will have access to all of the standard things found in a normal apartment (such as cooking utensils, dishes and glasses, towels and linen, etc.). In exchange, I ask that you treat my home with respect and in the same way that you would treat your own home.
A booklet will be left for you including instructions on how to use appliances, TV, wifi, locks, etc. This will also include contact details for the person looking after the property during your stay.
If you have any questions you are more than welcome to ask me via email or ask the person who gives you the keys upon check-in.
I am happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out whenever possible (for instance, if you would like to arrive earlier in the day than normal check-in or vacate the apartment later than normal). However, this is primarily dependent on whether other guests will be arriving/departing on the same day (as the apartment must be cleaned) and on my sister's schedule, as she will be coming to give you the keys. We will endeavour to help you in whatever way we can, but when not possible the standard check-in time of 14:00 and check-out time of 10:00 will apply.
Please note: there is a concierge at the front of the building. This service is offered only to those guests staying in apartments owned by a company with which my apartment is not affiliated, and is therefore not available to guests staying in my property.

Please behave in a manner befitting any apartment (e.g. no excessively loud noises late at night). Please consider the neighbours.
All doors must be appropriately locked when leaving the apartment empty.
This is not a pet-friendly building.
Please comply with any instructions left for you upon arrival with regard to using the contents of the apartment (e.g. do not use metallic scourers on pots and pans).
