My caravan is on the Nature Reserve at Rye Harbour, East Sussex.
It sleeps 2-4 spaciously and for comfort I would recommend no more than 4 people really (particularly if the party is all adults) so that it's not too cramped for everyone!
Breakfast isn't provided as I don't live locally but there's a bar/ restaurant on site offering food plus local cafes within walking distance.
For a small £3.50 pp fee the Park's swimming pool- and entertainment facilities- are also accessible.
It's small but very cosy and beautifully situated on the edge of the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. A really lovely place to chill out, unwind and enjoy Nature!
There's 1 double bedroom plus a small child's twin bedroom too with narrow twin beds which would stretch to teenagers too & adults who aren't too tall.
A small double sofa bed in the main sitting/dining area can sleep an additional person too although I do prefer usually a maximum of 4 in any party as otherwise the space gets very cramped for everyone. Once the sofa bed is made up, the sitting room- whilst cosy- offers much less space to move around. I will consider an extra person in certain circumstances though (ie overnight occasionally) so please drop me a line first if your party exceeds 4.
The whole caravan!

In case of urgent queries I can be contacted on my mobile (and am always happy to be contacted by text during any trip) but, since I don't live locally, for general quick queries it's best to pop into Park Reception and they will happily help. Reception can also provide keys for the caravan plus a map showing its location.
For out of office queries please call Steve on : (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
TV has now been installed. There's free WiFi available in the Park's Clubhouse & bar.
1 pet per visit allowed but only small dogs please. My space is too small for larger dogs, lovely as they are!!
Please ensure all windows are closed before leaving & used towels are put in the pop-up laundry bin in the hall.
If you can leave shoes in the hallway it would be much appreciated, thanks & please leave the caravan tidy and clean. And also please leave the beds made up as you found them.
All rubbish should be put in the large grey bins outside to the left of the caravan. Thank you.
