ABOUT THE CONDO
The lake views spread out before you from the covered balcony off the living room. Take the steps down to the fenced courtyard with two picnic tables and a mini bar. One of the picnic tables has a painted checker board for quiet afternoon games.
For family movie nights, the living room is the place to be. Claim a spot on one of the two couches and curl up to watch the 50” flat screen TV over the stone fireplace.
Black granite counters gleam in the open kitchen, where you can cook up yummy meals and snacks. It’s equipped with full-size appliances and cabinets stocked with cooking essentials.
Spiral stairs lead up to the three bedrooms, which sleep six comfortably. Wake up to sweeping lake views from the master bedroom’s king bed with elegant tufted headboard. The master also has a 50” flat screen TV and sliding glass doors out to a private balcony. Find extra storage in the master en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Both the second and third bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans to keep guests cool and comfortable. The second bedroom also has a 40” flat screen TV with Roku. Another full bath with tub/shower combination rounds out the upstairs.
Amenities include one reserved carport parking spot, with additional unreserved parking in the lot. There’s a washer/dryer unit, as well as a convenient half bath next to the front door.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
