There are french doors to either side leading to the central inner courtyard to one side, and a further landscaped south facing courtyard to the other. A pretty folding screen at the far end of the room conceals the 'bedroom area' beyond, where there is a Super King bed, with large three drawer chests and lamps to either side. A stand is available to hang clothing.

From the Entrance Hall, an open doorway leads into a large light filled room, with full height windows and sliding door to one side opening into the central courtyard, and french doors onto a spacious paved courtyard with a wonderful view overlooking the garden and parkland beyond on the other. A well-equipped kitchen sits at one end of the room. Hi-gloss units with oak work top house integrated oven, combi-microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer. A central island with oak worktop has further shelving and cupboard storage, an integrated induction hob and under counter freezer. The dining end half of the room has table and eight chairs. From here an open entrance leads into the Snug/TV Room.

Northrepps is a pretty Norfolk village with handsome brick and flint properties, large and small, and a stunning Norman church standing proud in the rolling landscape. The coast at Overstrand, just two miles away, can easily be reached on foot across the lanes and fields. From here you can link up with the North Norfolk coastal path and walk to Cromer and enjoy some of the best fish and chips, and fresh crabs. The Vernon Arms in the neighbouring village of Southrepps is a popular spot serving great food, and The Gunton Arms at Thorpe Market with its eclectic art collection is a must. A short drive away is the National Trust's Felbrigg House and Sheringham Park. A little further afield is Blickling Hall.
