Built in 1947 and newly reinvented, our house is central to just about everything in Bozeman-- a 5 minute walk from MSU, a 5 minute drive from Downtown, and a cool half hour from Bridger Bowl and the hub of Bozeman's unbeatable ski scene.
Whether you're coming to Bozeman for Cat-Griz or to check out the University, to soak up the city or to get out into the wilderness, our house is a perfect, private hub for any Bozeman adventure.
Our space is newly renovated with care and artistic investment-- enjoy the refinished original 1947 oak floors, locally made custom bars and countertops, American-made furniture, Bozeman artwork, and best of all, rich natural light at all times of day.
While the space is cozy (~800 square feet), it boasts nine windows, 2 queen bedrooms, a complete bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully loaded kitchen with bar. There's also USB charging in every outlet (yay!), an audio system you can access by bluetooth or aux cord, and fast, easy-access WiFi internet, and a projector with NETFLIX and the HBO GO access for a swanky home theater experience!
You're welcome to everything in the fridge, and to cook up a storm in our fully stocked kitchen if the mood strikes. Furthermore, there may or may not be a permanent stash of dark chocolate and red wine awaiting the weary traveler... You'll just have to come by and find out!
Everything but the basement is yours-- this includes the spacious front and back yards, the parking area, and the whole upper floor.

I can be there to greet you when you arrive or just leave you the key, and I'd be more than happy to furnish recommendations for food, music, hiking, shopping, you name it! I'm Gallatin Valley born and raised, and if you like, I'll make sure you find the best of what we have to offer.
If you want to do your own thing, no worries-- I'll drop you the key and be on my way!
Hi there folks!
My name's Matt, and I'm a born 'n bred Montanan from right here in the Gallatin Valley. I like to say I'm a scientist by day (I currently study cryogenic preservation of transplantable organs), a farmer by night (my brother and I raise oats, durum, chickpeas, you name it, and we run certified organic Gelbveih-Angus cattle on the family ranch), and a musician on the weekends (catch me on the sax in a few bands around Bozeman).
Like most of us in this fine state I'm a serial appreciator of the outdoors, quality beer, and quality music, and I'd be happy to guide you towards some of my perennial hiking/camping favorites, most frequented music venues, preferred breweries, etc.
My brother Nate and I have recently finished remodeling our home from the floors up, and given that we both find ourselves traveling extensively for work, we're giving it a shot as an Air BnB. I hope you'll give our place (and Bozeman!) a shot, and if ya do, I reckon you'll find both to your liking.
Please don't hesitate to holler with any manner of question. I'm at your disposal and happy to be so.
Looking forward to hearing from ya!
