Tucked away in a quiet community in Orange is this 2nd floor condo, perfect for both couples or a family of four looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Orange County. Our one bedroom home comes with a queen-sized bed and Murphy bed that sleeps two. The modern kitchen looks out onto the dining and living area, which opens up onto the balcony overlooking a flowing creek. In close proximity to surrounding beach cities, Disneyland, hiking trails, Orange Hill restaurant and 1 hour from LA.
Guests have access to our entire home as a well as a community pool right up the street. Additionally, two beach cruiser bikes are available for use if guests would like to pick them up close by in Costa Mesa. Contact owner for details.

Instructions for TV and WiFi Use:
The TV just powers on. The wifi network is 2wire647 and password is provided at check-in.
Access to Community Pool:
When facing Creekside Avenue from the condo, turn right. The pool is about a five minute walk up the street. To access the pool you will need the key card provided to you at check-in. Occasionally, there is security at the pool verifying that you belong to the community. At this point you will need to sign in and provide the number on the back of the key card. Enjoy lounging by the pool!
Feel free to park anywhere on Creekside Avenue or the parking spaces directly in front of the condo entrance.
Mi casa es su casa! The cooking utensils, plates and silverware are there for you to use as well as spices and condiments. We ask that you clean everything after you’re finished. There's dish soap under the sink or you can use the dishwasher.
Stinky clothes? Put them in the wash! The washer and dryer are in the hallway and laundry detergent is provided.
Please leave the keys in the lockbox located on the front door when you check out. We will give you the combination once you book.
Orange Hills Trail is a 2.7 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near El Modena, California that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until January. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
