Guests are welcome to use the four bicycles to explore the area, or head out onto the water in the tandem kayak. Mooring for your boat is also included. Life vest are available for adults and children to use. If you are headed to the beach, feel free to take the beach chairs for the day.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
This truly magnificent property beckons you to spend much of your time outdoors. Relax in the in-ground spa located in the private courtyard, then laze in the shady lanai, where you will find lounge furniture and a 55” wall-mounted TV, as well as a bar table with seating for two and a nearby dining table with outdoor seating for six.
Prepare your meals on the outdoor custom-like grill. And make a splash in the heated Grecian-style pool. A pool bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the lanai and pool. The newly installed mosquito misting system ensures your comfort while enjoying the outdoors.
Moor your boat at the private dock and drift in and out of the canal at your leisure. Don’t have a boat? Enjoy use of the tandem kayak that is kept in the garage.
Inside, the open-concept common space is furnished with both a conversation area in the rotunda and a comfortable living room with 55” flat screen TV and Sony sound system.
Members of your group can socialize with those who are busy preparing meals in the open kitchen, complete with granite countertops, double ovens, and a dining nook with seating for four. Planning a more formal meal? The chic dining area accommodates eight.
You’ll find a convenient office just off the rotunda, with everything you need to get a little work done, including a printer/scanner.
This home has three bedrooms. The luxurious master has a king-size four-poster bed, 31” flat screen TV, private access to the lanai and center courtyard, a palatial walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with deep soaker tub, roomy walk-in shower, double marble vanity, and a wall-mounted Philips TV.
The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and 31” flat screen TV, and shares an en-suite bath with the third bedroom, furnished with a king bed and 31” flat screen TV.
Access the powder room off the rotunda, which also opens into a separate laundry room with high-efficiency washer/dryer set. There is an additional half bath outside near the pool.
Parking for three cars is available in the driveway.
This home enjoys views of the Bimini and San Carlos canals (which provide access to the Gulf of Mexico), and is just minutes from fantastic sailing, fishing, and beaches. Restaurants, shops, and live entertainment venues are 2 miles away at The Westin Resort at Tarpon Point Marina.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
