On the right hand side is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, boasting natural light coming through the large bay windows. The dining table sits up to 8 people next to the fireplace. The room is decorated with pieces of furniture and artwork, featuring armchairs, cabinets and lamps. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary utilities needed for a comfortable stay such as hob, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster and dishwasher. At the back of the kitchen is the door leading to the private garden.
The living room is located on the first floor, boasting light, warmth and comfort. As you enter the room you will find a piano on the right hand side and a fireplace on the opposite wall. There is a large sofa and a stylish coffee table and a TV in this room as well. A few more armchairs and chairs are nicely placed within the space, providing comfortable seating for all your friends and family.
On the first floor is a bedroom offering a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a fireplace. A study desk is placed just by the window overlooking the garden.
This pink walls and a cream carpet, this bedroom offers a single bed, a desk placed next to the fireplace and a chest of drawers. The window looks over the neighbourhood.
This bedroom is located on the second floor and offers 2 single beds, a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is plenty of natural light coming through the large windows and a large desk with cabinets and bookshelves.
On the second floor is a cosy bedroom featuring a single bed nicely set by the window. This room also features bookshelves and a desk.
On the third floor is the lovely attic bedroom featuring 2 desks, armchairs and a comfortable double mattress.
Located on the first floor landing, this room is fitted with a WC, a single wash basin and a walk-in shower.
On the first floor landing, next to the shower room, is a bathroom fitted with a WC, a single swash basin and a bath tub. The washing machine is also located here and there is a vanity desk placed here as well.
The garden is spacious and green, decorated with plants and flowers and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing meals al fresco.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
- No pets, no parties or smoking, please

Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
