Welcome to my apartment less than 1 block away from UW campus in the University District. Less than 1 minute walk to bus stop, destination food, bars and shopping on the iconic University Ave (The Ave). Bus will take you straight downtown! Only 2 miles from Link train to/from Sea/Tac airport. Less than 2 miles from Gas Works park, the best night time view of the city, which you can walk to along the Burke-Gilman Trail.
My boyfriend lives here full time and I basically do, too. I am able to host guests when he is travelling. Our 500 square foot apartment is one of three located within a security gate on the ground floor of our apartment building. Keep our plants company in our relaxing bedroom with queen size bed and full mirror double closets.
After a long day of exploring the city, you can kick back on the couch while enjoying a/c and Netflix on our 42in 4K TV. In the main living area you will also find a desk and, if more than 2 people are staying (or at your request) we have an 18 inch queen size air mattress.
You'll also find a full kitchen including refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee, tea and some light breakfast fare. (Please let me know about any dietary restrictions when requesting booking.) You'll also have a full bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste and candles.
Access to entire apartment, full kitchen, full bath. Unfortunately, we do not have washer and dryer - the laundromat is just a few blocks away.

I am happy to help in any way I can! I love to make recommendations for exploring Seattle - I am transplant who fell in love with this city!
Please be mindful of my neighbors when entering the security gate - do not let it slam. Please also be mindful with noise and smoke outside their doors and windows.
Smokers are welcome to smoke on the sidewalk out front, or in the alley behind the apartment. Please dispose of butts responsibly.
Please respect Quiet Hours 10pm-8am.
I am originally from MI and moved to Seattle in 2012 and fell absolutely in love with the PNW and this city. After about a year I did some travelling and met amazing people all over the world, some of them through airbnb. When it came to settling back down again, I missed Seattle the most. I moved back early 2016 and it is now my joy to share this city, or even just a space in it, with fellow travellers.
