Located close to the famous three mile long Velvet Strand, every convenience is on your doorstep with a large supermarket and other shops at 1 minute's walk. Nearby fabulous restaurants and pubs, 2 large hotels (Portmarnock Golf Links Hotel and White Sands Hotel) golf, tennis, swimming pool, scenic coastal walks, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing & kite surfing. Take the family to play golf or tennis in Malahide Castle Park which also boasts a large children's playground, beautiful walks and an Avoca store and restaurant, a popular destination for Dubliners and visitors alike. Or play golf at one of Ireland's exclusive private golf links, the Portmarnock Golf Links Hotel. Garden enthusiasts can also visit Malahide Castle Park & Gardens where rare plants have been cultivated for decades. On the way, take the kids down to the rock pools to look for hermit crabs, anemones and other fascinating sea life.

We kindly request you NOT to smoke in the apartment. Well behaved children are welcomed. No ball games please inside the apartment. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy, kitchen cooker and oven clean, dishes washed or in dishwasher, floors clean, bins emptied. Beds should be stripped and linen and towels ready to be washed. No wild parties please (unless we're invited!).
