Welcome to beautiful Lofoten! Our "Lavvu Villa" is located on Skrova island, also referred to as Lofoten's little Hawaii. The glam camp is nestled between two white sandy beaches and offers a spectacular view of the neighbouring islands and dramatic mountains. A short hike is needed to get to camp, or we can water taxi you in. Each lavvu is equipped with a king-sized beds including linen, pillows and a warm duvet blanket.

You will have access to the whole campsite. The kitchen in the main tepee includes a gas-fueled grill with a grid allowing you to use a frying pan or a cooking pot. There is also tables and chairs for a comfortable place to eat.
The bathroom is an outhouse with a modern vacuum toilet, built to complement the camp experience.
You will also have access to the beaches and hiking trails in and around the camp.

There is a camp manager on-site that will greet you a show you around. Our staff are very friendly and helpful, and are keeping watch over night. Don't hesitate for assistance if needed, we are happy to help!
Please bring warm cloths such as wool under layers and sox. The nights can be chilly here, but you will be very comfortable with the right gear.
From late June to early August, the weather is at its warmest with the days at their longest. At this time, air temperatures can reach up to 30°C (86°F) and sea temperature around 18°C (64°F) – great arctic swimming weather. An average summer day in Lofoten is typically between 12-20°C (54-68°F).
We recommend you bring:
- Camping towel & bathing suit for those wanting to take a Viking bath!
- Closed-toe water shoes (i.e. Crocs) if you will be kayaking with us
- Hiking cloths (dry quickly and breath). Avoid cotton!
- Windbreaker & rain gear
- Warm cloths & under layers
- Hiking boots
- Water bottle
- Food & beverages if you plan to take care of your own meals
- Suitable for children 5 and up
