Welcome to Salt Lake! Make yourself comfortable in this 1920s home full of historic character. Breakfast supplies provided and bicycle rental available. Easy access to University of Utah and downtown area via foot, bicycle, bus, or car.
Bedroom and bathroom: The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Clean towels, linens, and pillows will be provided. The bathroom is shared, but we don't spend much time in there and can work around your schedule.
Kitchen and breakfast: We believe in the second "B" of Airbnb. That is, providing a bed AND a breakfast. Because our schedules may vary, we will not be preparing your breakfast. Instead, we invite you to help yourself to the breakfast items normally kept on hand (eggs, fruit, yogurt, bread, soy/almond milk, coffee, traditional and herbal tea) and enjoy the morning in the comfort of the bright breakfast nook. You can feel free to use the kitchen to make your own meals for lunch and dinner, if needed.
The rest of the space: This building has multiple units, but we occupy the apartment on the main level. The apartment is spacious and can accommodate a single visitor or a couple. Feel free to use the other common areas within the apartment (living room, dining room, breakfast nook).
If you need to do some work, there is a proper desk available for you to use. Wi-fi is included. Laundry is available in the basement should it be needed for longer stays. An Electra Ticino 7D bicycle is available to rent for an additional fee. There is a back patio with a picnic table that is shaded in the evening and is open to guests.

I'm an are avid outdoor enthusiasts, musician, snowboarder, and enjoyer of great coffee and beer based out of Salt Lake City. I graduated from the University of Utah in 2014 and I have moved onto a graduate degree in geology.
When I'm not working on my research, I enjoys bird watching, playing guitar, and going camping with friends. If you have any questions about the local music scene or ways to spend your night out, I can point you in the right direction!
