Beautiful house for 4 people with shared pool within a Majorcan property in Costitx
The shared chlorine pool is 28 metres away from the house. It sizes 12 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.6 metres. The little ones can also bathe in the chidren attached pool which sizes 1.5 x 2 metres and has a depth of 0.4 metres. Around the pool you can enjoy the summer weather on one of the sunbeds, sunbathe, or read a book under the parasol. Very well cared gardens lead to the first terrace of the house. It is furnished with a dining table for 4 people. There you will enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors as well as delicious barbecues. The house counts with other fantastic corners to enjoy nature and summer days. The property is fenced, and there are nearby neighbours, so privacy is partial.
The 100 m2 house has two floors and a traditional architectonic style but with all modern comforts. Inside we find a room shared by the living - dining room and kitchen. In the living room you will be able to have a rest on two comfortable sofas while watching the TV Sat, and warm up by the wood stove in the winter days. In the dining area there is a table for 4 people by the kitchen area, which has a gas hob and all you need to cook this days. Bedrooms are on the first floor. The two of them have two single beds and a closet. The first bedroom also has an en-suite shower bathroom, and there is another shower bathroom on this floor for the rest of the house. There is central heating for the winter season. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. Finally there are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
This beautiful house is located within a ecologic property with more houses separated between them, in an idyllic paradise of sustainability and nature. You will revel in these wonderful gardens in this marvellous environment which is, at the same time, the starting point for sport lovers. You can have a walk along the paved paths around the finca, practice nordic-walking, jogging, cycling, golf,.. You can enjoy the local gastronomy in the villages around like Sineu, Inca, Costitx, as well as visit its weekly street markets. Thanks to its central location, you can reach any point of the island very quickly. The nearest beaches, like Playa de Muro, is only 20 minutes away by car.
Because of Costitx' location in the centre, you may hear some airplanes going by.
