Top floor flat in a late Georgian Mansion House located in the Stonehouse peninsula with uninterrupted views over Mayflower Marina. Located by the entrance to Royal William Yard, the Mansion House once housed the Admiral himself. Built to supply victuals to the British Royal Navy, the yard now offers bars, restaurants and water taxis to tourists heading for Plymouth's famous Barbican district. The nearby Cremyll passenger ferry offers services across the Tamar to Mount Edgecumbe in Cornwall.
Spacious, tastefully furnished rooms with high ceilings and traditional tall sash windows. The front room has French doors onto a viewing balcony over the marina. Facing west over Cornwall it enjoys the evening sun while the back bedroom stays cool. The flat was redecorated in 2016 with new kitchen and bathroom fitted. The Mansion House itself is a listed building with its own award winning gardens, gated access and private parking spaces. 2 of these are available to guests at the flat.

Guests have access to two private parking spaces within the grounds.
Guests have access to the gardens.
There is a wide indoor staircase with 39 steps from the ground floor to the second floor flat and 2 mid-level landings. There is no lift.
