Come experience the peace and quiet of this small blueberry farm located on two beautiful acres only 5 minutes from downtown Hood River. The two bedroom, two bath house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and wrap around porch, all with gorgeous view Mt. Adams. The Mexican-themed bedroom has two twin beds (that can also be pushed together to make one large bed). The African-themed room has a queen bed. All bed linens and towels are provided and are of excellent quality, and the decor will give you a sense of the owners' travels to Africa and Mexico. Not only will you enjoy the views of the mountains, the property also has its own blueberry farm, which you'll have to come back and visit in the summer months when the owners are running it. The berries are amazing! Finally, the property has a natural spring-fed pond, where ducks, and with any luck, blue Heron, come to swim and rest on the pond's island. When you're ready to venture out, the town of Hood River, famous for its wind sports, also boast great shopping and an incredible variety of restaurants for a town its size. If you're the outdoorsy type, hiking, skiing, fishing, and hot springs adventures are anywhere from 5 minutes to one hour away.
