Tracy greeted us on the first night, and showed us the place. She was very welcoming and polite and calm. Could definitely tell she is very zen by the decor and her personality. It was a good place to stay, great neighbourhood, had everything within walking distance, VERY clean, fresh linens and extremely comfortable bed.. The apartment didnt have A/C which i guess is the norm in westend, but the ceiling fan with the windows open was the only way to cool down and vent the place out.
I travelled with my wife and 14 month old baby, for business. The space was definitely tight, but we were able to manage. Tracy cleared enough closet space for us. We tried to make counter space to put our kitchen stuff, and had to move stuff around to make it a bit more comfortable, but it was still tight when cooking. As we had a baby, we asked Tracy to move some of her delicate vases and things around her apartment, which i believe she put up on the counter, so that is probably why counters felt full. Wifi was a bit slow at times, which Tracy did mention to us, but did the job. the Oven stopped working, which is not normal, and Tracy had an electrician come within 2 days to get it fixed, and also provided to us a microwave. a great host with good communication. Our biggest issue was the place being a 2 flight walk up, with a baby and stroller, and general stuff to bring up, it became quite challenging to get in and out, which we were not aware of.
Definitely a great for 1 - 2 people.
