The kitchenette also has an electric auto shut-off kettle, coffee press and a small burner. There are environmental friendly disposable coffee cups, dishes, bowls, utensils, and napkins in the kitchen cabinet. We stock coffee pods/tea/sugar and cream in the wall cabinet as well.
A high speed internet connection is available. We also have a USB charger available for your use where you could connect your phone and laptop.
A twin or queen air inflated bed/mattress with built-in pump is also available upon request.

For laundry needs, there is a laundromat one block away.
Metro subway station is about 5 blocks away. Bus station is a 5 minute walk.
We could arrange free gated parking for a compact car at the back of house. You could also park on the street except during street cleaning hours once a week.
Guests will have full access to the 450 sq ft one bedroom unit including living room, cozy dining area, kitchenette, and full bathroom. There is an outdoor patio at the front entrance where you can enjoy a view of palm trees and the Downtown LA skyline. If you need a parking space, please let the host know in advance so one complimentary parking space could be reserved for a compact car. Strictly no smoking policy is being implemented inside the fenced property. Wifi is immediately available upon entry into the property for easy communication access. Network ID and password are sent to guests prior to arrival.

Host is available by phone and could be at the property within about 30 minutes, if needed to personally respond to queries or requests.
For the convenience of our guests, we have instituted an alternative easy self check-in and check-out to provide flexibility due to various arrival and departure hours of guests. Personal entry codes for the door of the house with step-by-step instructions are sent to the guests prior to travel so they would have access to the property upon arrival after the start of the check-in period.
We have another one bedroom separate and independent unit adjacent to this unit that you could rent if you have a larger party. There is a connecting door which is permanently locked by management, similar to the ones you will find at hotels, unless the two units are rented by the same group for convenience. The rear house with the AirBnB Units is immediately next to the complimentary parking space reserved to guests and accessible from the back alley. The Bohemian Paradise is the front unit of the rear duplex house accessible thru a 4-flight mini staircase. Each unit has its own private entrance.

- Stricty NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. We are a child-friendly host and would like to keep second hand smoke away from other guests.
- A complimentary parking for a compact car is available but must be arranged in advance to be assigned a space. Street parking is often available in this residential neighborhood.
- Additional cleaning fee amount will be charged each time a guest requested a cleaning service during the stay. The one-time cleaning fee charged on the booking is used for the cleaning service after check-out. If staying for more than a week, a cleaning service for an additional cleaning fee must be requested at least once every 10 days which will be billed separately to you to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the house.
