This beautiful 640 sq. ft. condo with 1 bedroom and extra bunk area sleeps 2 adults and 2-3 children. It is newly remodeled with extra special furnishings: designer bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 smart TVs, wifi, and beach supplies. Located on the first floor and best of all the beach is a short 2 minute walk away. Must be 25 yrs. old

The condo is located on the first floor and has one designated parking space out front. There is no beach view on the first floor but it is a very quick 2 minute walk to the beach. We ask that you treat the home as your own and take considerable care as the owners have furnished this home with extra special amenities and it is primarily their second vacation home.

We believe once is good, twice is better and triple is best. That's why we have obtained enough limited EPA recommended cleaning supplies for guests use to voluntarily (strongly recommended) disinfect frequently touched surfaces upon arrival. Additionally, all booking guests will need to agree to an approximate 20 minute mandatory disinfecting process immediately prior to check out. Your safety and workers safety are important to us.
