The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utilities needed for a comfortable stay such as fridge, freezer, hob, ovens, toaster and dishwasher. A large island with stools on a side is nicely placed in the middle of the space. The dining table sits up to 8 people just by the glass windows leading to private garden so you can enjoy your meal with a view and fresh air. A cosy lounge area is set by the sliding glass doors leading to the garden and it consists of a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a large flat screen TV.
On the lower ground floor, next to the kitchen, is a comfortable lounge fitted with 2 sofas, a stylish coffee table and bookshelves.
This room is located on the ground floor and boasts light coming through the glass doors. The space offers a large sofa, armchairs and a flat screen TV and is tastefully decorated with artwork and stylish furniture. The glass doors lead to the balcony which is fitted with a small table, 2 armchairs and a small sofa and overlooks the garden.
This bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a comfortable super king sized bed with bedside cabinets, a large mirrored wardrobe and a vanity desk by the large windows. This room is also fitted with a sofa, a chest of drawers and still leaves plenty of space. At the back of the room is a walk-in closet which leads to the en-suite bathroom. This immaculate bathroom is fitted with a double wash basin, a WC, a bidet, a walk-in shower and a bath tub.
Located on the second floor this bedroom is warm and cosy, with carpeted floors and natural light coming through the large windows. The room is fitted with a single bed, bedside cabinets, shelves and desk by the fireplace.
On the second floor, next to the second bedroom, is this similarly designed room offering a single bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a fireplace and a desk. The window looks over the garden and neighbourhood.

You can access the garden through the kitchen’s back glass doors and enjoy relaxing moments or meals al fresco with your friends and family. A large table sitting 6-8 people is set in the middle of the patio, surrounded by flowers and plants. There are two armchairs here as well and up a few stairs is an area with artificial grass, perfect for playing, reading or sunbathing.
