Hi Brennen, I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us! I can definitely understand why you became frustrated when you arrived to an uncomfortably warm condo. Texas is incredibly hot in the summer and unfortunately the A/C was not on when you arrived. Because we offer 24/7 check-in and we don't know when our guests will arrive, we can't leave the A/C on when the place is empty. We offer Nest smart thermostats in some of our listings, however, we cannot install one in this property because the wiring doesn't allow for it. In regard to the cleanliness issues you experienced (the bathroom and kitchen sink), we will be addressing this with our cleaning company so it doesn't happen to another guest. About the messages... I apologize if you felt overwhelmed by the communication. Because you booked at 8pm on the date of your arrival, you received our welcome message and our check-out messages back to back. We want to make sure our guests have all of the info they need during their stay. We wish you would of mentioned these issues that you experienced *during* your stay with us so we could have had a chance to make them right.
