KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
To the back of the property you will find an open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with an electric hob, ovens, dishwasher and an integrated fridge freezer. A central kitchen island makes this space informal and sociable. A long dining table with black and gold chairs seats 8 guests.
The basement is home to an informal television room where you will find a comfortable L shaped sofa and flat screen television.
There is a separate WC in the basement.
In the basement, you will find a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
This master suite is fitted with a super king size bed and walk in wardrobe. This bedroom has access to an ensuite bathroom with a glass walk in shower and single washbasin.
The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed, wardrobe and fireplace.
The shared family bathroom features a roll top bathtub with a handheld shower and single washbasin.
On the top floor you will find the third bedroom fitted with a double bed, desk and fitted wardrobes.
The fourth bedroom is fitted with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has access to an ensuite shower room with a glass walk in shower.
This property has access to an outdoor garden and patio area with outdoor seating, perfect for the summer months.
Please note the homeowner owns a dog. Whilst the dog will not be present during your stay, this property may not be suited to guests with allergies.

This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties - Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old - Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
