This luxurious Bahamian designed home together with 'optional' guest cottage can be rented as 3 En-suite Bedrooms (for up to 6 guests) or 4 En-Suite Bedrooms (for up to 8 guests). Seabreeze is elegant, comfortable and spacious integrating naturally with the wrap around pool, waterfall and inviting sun deck for perfect inside/outside living. Set against a backdrop of a beautiful, secluded garden, the uninterrupted views of the sea just 100' away where you can sit, relax and enjoy the watching the activity on the water. A really special feature is the private gazebo and sun deck right on the waters edge perfect for secluded private sunbathing, swimming, cocktails and BBQ while experiencing some of the most magnificent sunsets in the world.
Comfortable indoor and outdoor living and dining areas makes this an ideal home for family and friends where you can relax, entertain, or a little of both. The minute you walk into this air-conditioned house you will be amazed by the feeling of spaciousness and the breathtaking views through the 10' x 40' windows across the private pool and terraces to the dock and turquoise waters of the bay.
In the Great Room there is a high-tech kitchen with breakfast bar making this a very social space. The extendable dining table can seat up to 12 in comfort. A state of the art TV and media centre are the focal point in the seating area for evening entertainment or sitting quietly reading a book.
Upstairs the Master bedroom suite has a 14' high vaulted ceiling, a luxurious king sized bed, a walk-in closet and large bathroom, jacuzzi bath, double vanity units and shower. The private balcony overlooking the garden towards the harbour is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a peaceful afternoon siesta. The second guest suite also located on this floor has a high vaulted ceiling, king sized bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with shower. The third guest suite is located off the Great Room on the ground floor with a king size bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a Juliette balcony. The detached Guest Cottage offers an optional fourth bedroom suite and a private outdoor sitting area which is under a pergola supporting a beautiful array of tropical flowering shrubs.
Situated almost on the water's edge Seabreeze has its own private dock with slips to accommodate boats up to 120'. Just a few minutes walk over the dunes behind the house is the famous Pink Sands Beach where you can take a leisurely walk, jog, swim or just lay back and enjoy paradise. For the evening perhaps a recommended private chef could cook you a delicious supper of locally caught fish or lobster in your own kitchen. Or within walking distance there is dining for all budgets, including a few of top international repute where you can enjoy some of the worlds finest cuisine.

Seabreeze is 'Harbour Island Living at its Best' as described by another Guest and favoured by return visitors year on year. It is advised to book early as dates are often booked over a year in advance.
Harbour Island is just 3 miles long and 1/2 mile wide and lies a sea mile off the tip of North Eleuthera, literally a 5-minute taxi boat ride and 53 nautical miles north-east of Nassau, the capital of The Bahamas. Daily direct flights depart from Miami, Ft Lauderdale and Nassau to North Eleuthera Airport. Bahamas Fast Ferries also run a daily return service from Nassau which is a spectacular and exciting way to arrive on 'Briland' as the locals call it.

Electricity charges on Harbour Island are very, very expensive. Whilst the rental rate includes utility charges Guests are asked to be conscious of turning off the air conditioning when not in residence
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property. Smoking is permitted outside the home
Pets are NOT allowed
People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property
House parties are NOT allowed. The property is for family usage only and not for entertaining large gatherings
All of the properties on the Sunset Harbour Estate are privately owned; the owners/Agents are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner/Agent is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite onto the premises.
The property and all furnishings shall be kept in good order. The Guest agrees to cover the cost of any expenses, loss, or damages in connection with this rental
Only use appliances for their intended uses
Furnishings are not to be re-arranged in the property
Appliances are not guaranteed and refunds will not be given in the event of failure. Repairs will, however, be arranged as quickly as possible by the Estate Manager
The rental price includes utilities but excludes phone service. Guests are asked to bring cell phones with them because paying for calls on the house phone is complicated
The Homeowner/Agent is not responsible for noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the holiday accommodation.
Guest must respect neighbours and refrain from playing loud music at all times
If you go to the beach please remove sandy shoes before entering the house and use one of the outside hoses to wash feet
