Casita Conchita is located in the countryside with views from both the front and side windows of the countryside, across the valley to the mountains. It is quiet and has no immediate neighbours so is quite private. The owner lives on the premises.
Recently constructed, one bedroom casita within grounds of larger house. 12mx5m swimming pool. Spanish television and English freesat tv, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom with large shower unit. Ramp access to unit so suitable for prams and wheelchairs. Property is flat with good parking and paved access. Peaceful location in good walking country. 5 mins from A-7 motorway/Huercal-Overa town. 20-25 mins to the coast. Visitors must not mind dogs as I own three. Self-catering but welcome pack provided. Huercal-Overa is a typically rural Spanish town with two markets a week, sports facilities, reasonable shopping and plenty of bars and cafes. There are limited restaurant facilities in the immediate locality but nearer to the coast there are many restaurants of different ethnic cuisines to choose from. There is a water park in Vera, quad biking is possible and go-karting down near Garrucha. Because of its location, this casita is ideal for those who are seeking complete rest and relaxation in lovely rustic countryside. Please note that due to the risk of fire, no barbecues are allowed between the end of April and mid October.
Guests will have full access to their house and the pool area. Access to freezer space in a separate part of the property can also be arranged if required.

In order that guests can relax and not feel pressured by my being on site I try to leave them alone as much as possible. However I am always available if help or advice is required and am more than happy to share time with them if that is acceptable.
Due to the high and increasing cost of wood for heating, from
1 Dec - 31 March there will be an extra charge for fuel. A box of logs will be provided free on arrival and bags of logs can be obtained from the owner at a charge of 10 euros a bag thereafter.
Visitors are permitted though no overnight stays unless previously agreed. All overnight visitors must be paid for.
Pool hours are from 8am - 10pm daily.
