Just minutes from downtown Third and Main is most convenient for someone on the go.
These beautifully furnished condos have everything one could need for a comfortable extended stay, with on-site managers on call 24hrs/day for emergencies.
Guests have 24 hour access to the work out room, library with children’s play area and a new dedicated meeting space (event center). Located on the first floor there is a fully re-designed on-site restaurant & bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The complex is fully gated including parking, covered gazebo with out door grilling area.
- - Quiet hours are between 9pm-9am - No parties, no groups, no loud music We take pride in keeping the rooms clean and tidy. We hope that you will too. Here are a few things that are required prior to your move out. Before you check out we do request that you do a few things: 1. Remove all trash from the apartment to the dumpster. (dumpster located behind green gates outside of the gated parking) 2. If you used any dishes including the coffee pot, please put them in the dishwasher and use the washing tab provided in the drawer with the kitchen towels to run a cleaning cycle 3. If you used the oven and have left any food spills inside of it, please start the self cleaner the night before so housekeeping can easily wipe it out the following day. 4. If you moved any furniture, please place it back in its original position Upon entering your room you will find that it is fully stocked with towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. One roll of bath tissue, one roll of paper towels, one bar of soap, one body wash and one shampoo. We do not provide housekeeping during your stay and we do not replenish trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, any towels, sheets, or bath/shower products or dish washing liquid. Charges that may be charged to the credit card on file include, but are not limited to: leaving behind any medical waste or sanitary items. Any of these items should be disposed of in the proper trash receptacle. If any of these items are left in the apartment and not properly disposed of there will be a MINIMUM charge of $100 to hire for bio-hazardous waste clean up. This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke in your room there is a MINIMUM charge of $75 for deodorizing and deep cleaning (charge will vary depending on room size). There is a designated smoking area inside the gated parking by the picnic area with ash tray provided. If you choose to smoke on your patio or balcony make sure your patio door is closed as to not allow the smoke into the apartment. Please only dispose of cigarette butts in proper receptacles. Do not extinguish cigarettes on ANY part of the building/patio/balcony. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in hallways, breezeways, stairwells or elevator. Other charges for damages that may be assessed include but are not limited to: (1)failure to complete items 1-4 listed above (2)stained furniture, carpet, bedding or towels. (3)holes in walls or furniture (4)broken furniture (5)broken appliances (6)trash removal. If your stay is longer than two weeks you will receive a move out checklist for reference purposes.
